Arateus Center for Diabetic Care is a resident and patient focused program designed to incorporate state of the art holistic healing and treatment into the long term care, rehabilitation, and home health environments.  Through education and training we work to increase the quality of life by educating the resident/patient, caregiver, and family members that can help bring about a lasting change in habits, lifestyle, and outcomes.

The Arateus Center for Diabetic Care provides you with the most advanced treatment available for diabetics.  Our program was created specifically with the success of the diabetic patient in mind.  A board-certified endocrinologist has combined medications, nutrition and counseling in a well-structured format.  The staff at Arateus has undergone special training to use this program and has committed to ongoing education to ensure your success.

Features of this program involve helping you and your family to understand how to be successful when you return home or wherever you may stay.  We recognize that communication between you, your family and your other healthcare providers are important to the success of every diabetic patient.  We created an entire packet for you and your family that will also be communicated to your other healthcare providers.  This ensures that everyone is involved and comfortable with your participation in the program.
